UK (March 15, 2010) –
UNIT4, the global business software company supporting Businesses Living IN Change (BLINC(TM)), today announced that child protection NGO, Save the Children, will extend its use of the Agresso Business World ERP suite to its Spanish operations.
Save the Children’s Spanish organization plans to improve integrated project management and analytics giving it better insight and control to optimise the effectiveness of projects. Agresso Business World will provide a scalable management tool that will accommodate business change and provide real-time information on all aspects of the projects the organization undertakes.
“One reason for us opting for UNIT4’s Agresso software was its extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector,” said Juan Miguel Lopez, Financial Director of Save the Children in Spain. “Its references were pivotal to our selection, including Action Against hunger in Spain and France and our sister Save the Children organizations in Norway, Sweden and the UK, among others.”
Save the Children plans to begin implementation of Agresso Business World in Spain in January 2011.
Agresso Business World is a fully integrated, role-focused Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution designed to support all key business processes across an organization.
